This page explains how to report allegedly unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, or removal requests.

1. Where should your request be sent?

A. Reports about live cams, platform accounts, chats, model profiles, billing, or other platform services

For platform-functionality issues and content hosted inside the third-party cam platform, you must contact the platform provider (DNX) directly.

B. Reports about content hosted on camblush.com itself

If your request concerns text, links, media, or page elements on the public website camblush.com, contact us at:

https://camblush.com/contact/

2. What to include in your report

  • Exact URL(s) of the content
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Your relationship to the content (for example: rights holder, authorized agent, affected person)
  • Supporting evidence (copyright registration, identity/authority documents, screenshots, etc.)
  • Your full contact details for follow-up

3. DMCA Copyright Notice (U.S.)

If you are submitting a U.S. copyright complaint under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL)
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act

4. Counter-Notice (DMCA)

If content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe removal was in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice with all legally required elements. Where valid, we may restore content as permitted by law.

5. Review and response process

Reports concerning content hosted on camblush.com are reviewed in good faith. We may request additional information and may remove, restrict, or retain content based on applicable law and available evidence.

For content hosted/controlled by DNX, DNX is responsible for substantive review and execution of removal requests.

6. Repeat infringers and abuse

Where legally appropriate, we may limit access, remove content, or take account-level measures against repeat infringers or abusive submitters.

7. False or bad-faith submissions

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or abusive removal requests may result in rejection and can carry legal consequences under applicable law.
